Meridian lift is the art of improving the flow of energy in our body.

It is an exercise which done only three times consecutively is regenerating all our system.

In fact it helps to balance the flow in all the major 12 meridians.

Simply, is equivalent to drink a cup of coffee, before we get to our work in the morning.

It takes less than five minutes.
